Who are we?
Homes Done Right is a UK business. We pride ourselves on our premium range of over-sized wall clocks. Our clocks are offered in a range of designs taking inspiration from all over the world.
How did we come to be?
Homes Done Right started when I was looking for new and rarely seen furniture for my home but everything i kept finding looked similar to anything else i had seen. This is when i had to start looking at other countries take on clocks. It was then when i noticed there were many styles in the world. (Some that i believe are much better than the 'standard' everyday style). Since then it has just became a passion.
Where are you located?
We are an e-commerce store and so ships our products worldwide. Our headquarters is located in London, England. We do not have a physical store.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Norway and China - just to name a few. We perform weekly audits of our inventory to ensure our product quality is of the highest standard.
Why do you ship from your warehouses?
Shipping straight from the warehouse enables us to keep our prices to a minimum so in turn enables us to sell at prices much lower than our competitors.
Do you ship to my country?
Being an e-commerce store enables us to ship worldwide. Though shipping times may vary based on your countries location.
How much does shipping cost?
Currently all shipping is free of charge as we are running a limited time offer. Though as offers change shipping prices are also subject to change. This will also be updated here in the FAQ's if so.
I forgot to apply a valid discount code when making my order, what can i do?
Not to worry, if you simply email us providing your order number as well as the discount code you would like to use we would be happy to refund you the discount amount.
How long does processing an order take?
We try to take between 1-3 days.
How long does shipping take?
Approximately up to 2 weeks though you may receive your order a lot earlier. If you order multiple products we may also choose to ship separately to decrease the shipping time.
Shipping times are approximate and is dependent on your location and your postal office. Once the packages reach your country, your local postal office is responsible for delivering your package. If you have any issues with your shipment after your package reaches your country, please contact your local postal office for inquiries.
- Pandemic Update -
As of recent we have noticed that we are delivering most parcels much faster than our advertised 4 weeks. In most cases we are actually delivering with 15 days.
Can i change or cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order please email us within 24 hours at: sales@homesdonerightdecor.com. We will then get back to you within 24 hours confirming if these changes were made or with further instruction. Once we have shipped your order you can not modify or cancel your order and you will need to go through the returns route.
Can i change my address on my order?
If you would like to change your shipping address please contact us within 24 hours at: sales@homesdonerightdecor.com. Provide you order number as well as the new shipping address. We will then contact you within 24 hours confirming if these changes were made or with further instruction. Once we have shipped your order, we can no longer modify the shipping address.
Who pays for custom duties/taxes?
Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our Shipment Policy, the customer is responsible for paying custom duties/taxes.
My product arrived damaged, what do i do?
We are sorry that your product arrived damaged, accidents do rarely occur during shipment. Do not worry, please send us an email at sales@homesdonerightdecor.com. We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the damage with the email.
I didn't collect my package from my post office and its being returned to you.
If you would like to return your package, please contact our customer service team at sales@homesdonerightdecor.com. Our team will provide you further instructions for returning your package to our team in London, England.
We will send you a refund within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting it. As per our Refund Policy we do not pay for return shipping.
