HomesDoneRight Decor (HDR Decor) works with manufacturers across the world to source new, quality and stylish products.

This may result in orders being shipped to you from various countries - However we do track your orders to make sure they are on the way. As well as this we have integrated a page on our site where you can track your parcel along with us!

Yet because your products may be coming from various countries they may take 1-2 weeks to arrive - Though we do try to be faster than this and in most cases parcels arrive within 10 days. So no worrying if your order doesn't arrive the next day. Most of our products will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control. It is also useful to note it may take us from 1 - 3 days to process your order. Once your order has been sent out for delivery we can not process a refund and customer will need to wait for their product and go through the return procedures.

 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM TAX?

Customs taxes and duties are regulated by your own country, government and postal office. We are not responsible for paying any custom duties or taxes which may be incurred.
