We bought the clock but noticed that when opening it one of the hands were loose. We emailed in and they sent us a video on how to reattach the hands. I guess that it came loose in transit but it wasn't that big of a deal and we simply re attached it. Looks great and works perfect!

Great looking clock, I went for the 50cm diameter version in the black on black colour. Hard to find anything like this. When I first started looking for a clock I was with a different style to the normal clock I was expecting to pay upwards of £200. Great product and great price!
